It has been decided… the Salt Lake Pagan Society will be meeting at Cafe Solstice inside Dancing Cranes Imports. After several weeks of searching for a new meeting place, Cafe Solstice came out triumphant. “With being a new age place, good food, prices, friend staff and the soon opening 700 E trolley line from TRAX, this was the ideal location. And with the addition of Dancing Cranes inside, it makes it easy to pick up supplies on a weekly basis” said President Daniel Cureton. Come join us the starting on the second Sunday in August (August 11th) after Lughnasadh at our new location!

The Wheel has turned and Lughnasadh is upon us! This is also the Thanksgiving Holiday, when each person give thanks for the things and blessings in their lives. The center piece and other decorations will feature full nudity of Lugh and phallus candles.  Join with us for Lughnasadh! You must come to Witches’ Tea for an invitation.

Thanks to all who came and joined in the July 2013 Full Moon ritual on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 8pm. Being such a wonderful evening with a warm breeze, crickets and birds chirping and the setting of the sun in the west behind the Oquirrh Mountains, a small altar was set up outside.  Iyata Bond led the ritual and instructed everyone in the beginnings of the Women’s Mysteries. The ritual was opened with the usual LBRP, Rose Cross and Thor’s Hammer. Blessings from the Moon Goddess on the objects was performed, along with healing and other spell workings. A special scepter dedication was done by President Daniel Cureton for his new Medusa scepter. Cakes and Wine were passed around and a special coconut cake was eaten as the late night snack. Next up Lughnasadh!
